Why is it a pain in the rear end to find movie times for the future? Like Colossal supposedly opens this week but I can't find anything about where so I imagine it's just NY and La. what about next week? Just let me know someone

If you want to see a new movie, don't especially care what it is, and there are no showings of Get Out or whatever in the sane period, sure Its not a terrible movie and worth a matinee ticket as long as you're not missing out on a better movie to see it.

It's $5 day, but I forgot that the theater next to my apartment is a "secondary" Patriot Cinema, which means that they have the selection of a second-run theater and none of the discounts.

DeimosRising posted:This is "widely known" in the US and also widely bullshit. With a few exceptions (heavy blankets, extremely overweight parents, people with drug problems, extremely long hair) it simply isn't true The Notre Dame Mother-Baby Behavior Sleep Laboratory run by James McKenna is the absolute authority on these kinds of issues. For the overwhelming majority of families this a cultural choice, not a safety choice. It's absolutely a safety choice. The article says that bottlefeeding babies should never sleep in your bed, and breastfeeding babies can do so under very specific conditions (one of which being that you understand that, if you end up suffocating your baby, it wasn't SIDS. Okay...). It's an irrefutable fact that loose bedding and pillows can suffocate a newborn, so it's purely common sense that a scenario where bedding can shift around without you knowing it (i.e. when you're asleep) is less safe than a setting where that can't happen. Also the idea that only obese people are at risk of suffocating their baby is just stupid. A 130 pound woman is more than heavy enough to suffocate a 7 pound newborn. This article reads like the kind of non-committal bullshit that doctors write so as to not offend anyone.

I'm having a theater issue as well. This one theater close to me offers food, an their pizza is really loving good. But I've seen what I've want, so Like, I'd do see Power Rangers again for funsies, but given how fast the movie dropped numbers-wise, I'd rather not want to be the only dude in a theater watching a Power Rangers movie.
