Really, if you arch your back far enough the bench press eventually becomes a sort-of dip, sort of how the OHP becomes a standing bench press if you lean back far enough.

People don't really drink the olive oil, right? I don't feel bad about adding some oil or heavy cream to my cooking, but I haven't gotten to the point of adding it to shakes. Update - Operation Eat All The Things (EAtT) has progressed after 2 weeks of no weight gain, now to 3300/4200cal for off/on days.

I've tried to do a shot of olive oil or mix it with my shake like others said they've done and it is borderline disgusting. I can see people doing it a desperate situation but why would you bother when you can consume that fat some enjoyable way with a little planning?

I mix 1/2 tbsp oil into my morning shake because I'm driving all over the place in the morning. I don't even taste it and I get my fat in for that meal. Don't hate.
