Late to the discussion but re: cladding chat - My previous flatmate worked for some big construction firm I forget the name of and had an incident once where the Kingspan insulation boards they ordered turned out to be fake imports. The shipping dockets had all the proper EN and LPS stamps and paperwork to certify 60min fire rating, but the supplier called them up to tell them not to install any of it since their wholesaler had come clean about an incredibly dubious 'bargain wholesale price' which revealed multiple containers worth of Chinese fakes.

I am reading one of the contributions from a firefighter in response to Boris' "deaths from fires have gone down" claim, and they're saying that people dying in hospital after being dragged from a fire don't count any more as "fire deaths". What bit of legislation would confirm this?
