It's 20 degrees in Glasgow. It was boiling on the way to work because the sun was out, but it' hiding in the clouds for now. Will no doubt be super hot on the way home, but I finish at half 5, so at least the trains won't be full.

Don't forget to eat some more salt if you are necking loads of water too, some people may recommend isotonic drinks or rehydration sachets- I say get to the chippy .
