But really whatever fills in your gaps left by dungeon gear is what you should buy second after weapon. Also you can do the ex primals in basically your artifact gear with a 310 weapon.

I didn't get a ton of great dungeon drops while leveling. I still have a level 64 belt. Though I suppose running EXDR to get all the tomes I need to get anything should supplement all that stuff. Speaking of, Fist is p cool. The final boss is really fun. Sad to have the girl tell me I was poo poo after the 2nd boss.

I think it does damage equal to their current health minus a small amount. Shields will mitigate as normal from that damage number. It's just a healer mechanic though.
