Misdemeanor means you probably aren't going to jail, so if you beat the charge, or get it dismissed and there is no arrest record, it shouldn't show up, though.

Only now they only have to grandfather in my 2GB, so my options are keep the 2GB (which is cheap and nice) or go to a much higher rated plan (luckily I can use wifi at home and work and then just stick to podcasts commuting so it's not a huge deal) tldr: gently caress tmobile

Just use google fi, cheap as hell base plans and pay only for the data you use instead of having to spend extra by estimating and rounding up every month. I pay like 30/month.

He countered by announcing that we were never actually married in the first place. We were married in 2007 by his family priest, who is a close friend of his mother's. I never questioned the credentials of the priest because why would I? I can't tell which I think is funnier, trying to convince the court that the mother on the birth certificate isn't the real mother or trying to say that the marriage never accounted after jointly filing for 10 years.
