I actually never use these tiny silicon strainers both because they are too small for the expanding leaves and because I'd have to clean them with a toothbrush.

Have you actually tried all the different types of tea there are? Milk oolong tastes rather different than say Lapsang suchong.

Plus you have to brew it not too long or too short or you'll get a bad or non-tasting tea.

I have a weird mental hangup where I'm expecting it to taste like coffee, because that's what tastes amazing and gives me my caffeine, but it doesn't taste like coffee, so it tastes terrible.

I keep meeting people who think that green tea is supposed to taste like burnt grass, and then I amaze them with a properly brewed cup. E: try harsher tasting teas such as the aforementioned Lapsang, it was strong enough for Churchill's smoked and liqured palate. Do not put milk in iced tea though, that would be gross. Yuck.

that sure is some red custom title! wowza! Tea is good for you but like all things good for you, the taste loving sucks. I replaced some of my coffee intake with black tea with some lemon juice (squished from a quarter piece of fresh lemon) into it. I like to tell myself that this is healthy but it probably just rots my teeth or something. Aliexpress has some nice tea glasses with bamboo cover you can close them with. They keep the heat for a surprisingly long time.

Wow. I disputed an order that I ordered on 11/11 that isn’t here. Tracking says the order was canceled. AliExpress came back with my judgement 30 seconds later. They found the dispute valid, so I’m getting my 5.56 USD refunded. I’ve also just tried contacting another seller for a “shipment cancelled” item. We’ll see if they respond. I don’t know if I should worry about the skeleton hand barrettes that appear to be stranded in a warehouse in Instanbul or not.

Don't forget you can buy loose tea that is mixed with other things that don't taste like tea to make the tea taste like the things that don't taste like tea. Like hibiscus, or blueberries, or chocolate. Chocolate black tea is really good.

Tea tips: 1. buy tea in whole leaves, the dust shavings you get in paper bags have no flavour. 2. Buy in airtight opaque bags, merchants like to display tea leaves in open bowls and since tea loses flavour from light and air welp. 3. Those 12-35 little bags samplers you can buy from china are a great way to taste many types you never heard of. Unfortunately I had to go reading about hygiene in china so I don't order tea directly anymore. Stupid me with my stupidly cautious brain.

I got some of those druggy hypno glasses from a few pages back today. Honestly though you probably don't need to abuse any substances because the effect they have on your depth perception and spacial awareness is insane. They are heavier than I expected, with a metal frame too. Good for posing in photos, not good for walking around in.
