Seahawks seem fine for next year. 9-7 against a tough schedule, with half their starting D injured seems fine. Young players on DL are looking great and rookie CB griffin is a stud. About that offense though... draft the ND guard in the first, get a good RB, and hire a new offensive coordinator.

Bennett is over the hill. I love the guy but i think he's cooked. Edit: my must keep defensive guys are Earl Thomas, Bobby Wagner, Frank Clark, and KJ Wright. Everyone else is mostly expendable. Jarran Reed and Shaq Griffin are still on rookie deals so I'm fine with them coming back. To my admittedly untrained eye Bennett has looked pretty washed up this year. He's had good years but I'm not sad to see him go. If Avril retires they should have a good chunk of cap space to work with again.

He probably will a bit, and the picks he threw today show some of the problems he’s going to have going forward, but consider that he had only three weeks with the team before playing and was learning the offense and the tendencies of other players on the fly. Any regression he has may partially be offset by an off-season of familiarity and Shanahan tailoring the offense to him. Not to mention the potential upgrade of personal around him.
