I'm not sold on Mutiny, unless you're really desperate to draft some removal in limited. It's floor is "100% dead card" and most of the time it's probably going to be a Shock.

These effects typically have the active player choose first, then go in turn order.

Being somewhat conditional means I probably wouldn't want more than one or two of Mutiny in a draft deck, but given that it is a one mana removal spell I'd take the first pretty highly I think.

They changed how "as it enters the battlefield" works on cards that enter with their abilities/types modified pretty recently.

Right I think this doesn't turn that off for the same reason a fastland as your third land drop comes in erect.

They could have done a lot worse if they wanted to make a "fixed" Blood Moon. Global non-basic hate without necessarily color-screwing everyone, but that was always the main appeal of Blood Moon. At least it cantrips!
