One of my Facebook friends (we only know each other from working Halloween Horror Nights once) keeps around a single Trump supporter on Facebook, I think just for the humor because of how often and easily he gets owned whenever he tries to interject on something. On the Kavanaugh accusations, after failing to convince anyone that we should ignore the accusations he started going "All right but what about Ellison? I don't see you saying he should be fired! Liberal hypocrites!" Me: "You want Ellison out because of it? All right, fine. Kick him out. I don't care. Now we can do the exact same thing to Kavanaugh. Wouldn't purposely manipulating the stock price to make it cheaper to buy out be (a) incredibly illegal and (b) swindling retail investors who would end up with less money after such a buyout. That's not even getting into the fact that the stock dropping in anticipation of a huge SEC fine doesn't turn it into a good deal because huge fines make the company financially less valuable.
