Quite aside from anything else, I object very strongly to framing what's going on in Venezuela as "the Trump administration's right wing coup" as the quoted tweet does absent any evidence that the administration is astroturfing or motivating the protests there, rather than just vocally supporting them. Also yes gently caress the Saudi government, but the U.S. government as presently constituted won't ever go against the Saudis unless they start claiming to be socialists.

The “shall” makes it compulsory. The “time to time” makes the timing up to the President. It’s really poorly written.
