scotland needs westminster approval for an indyref so probably not, but expect the SNP to rally heavily against the saxon enemy. next government which isn't actively antidemocratic is probably going to have to allow one - for now, johnson's going to start finding ways to cut in scotland. northern ireland depends a lot on how brexit actually shakes out i think. maybe?
