hey morons just wear something in front of your gross sprinkler mouths. save the named stuff for professionals, use a rag or a T-shirt or a bandana or a scarf, and then only wear it one day, wash it in a washing machine, and try to stay in your house. you dont need to min/max this poo poo unless youre in a hospital.

I'm making another round of baguette this afternoon. Gonna clean off one of my big prep boards for hand kneading and add a little bit more yeast this time. Last night I did 2Tbsp active dry yeast, 2 Tbsp honey and 1/2 cup warm water. Let it sit til bubbly while I mixed 3.5 cups flour and 2 tsp salt. Added the yeast then warm water til it was a sticky dough. Used dough hook til it sprang back when I pushed with my thumb. Let sit til doubled (approx 30 min) then shaped into baguettes by making flat rectangles and folding like an envelope til it was about a foot long. Let sit til doubled again (30ish min) and baked at 450F for 15 minutes. Turned out good but kinda dense so

Having been born abroad I got a ridic suite of vaccines. Currently waiting to hear back about the BCG vaccine, but I got the hepatitis a and b vaccines as a baby, which incidentally caused me to get a letter from thw Red Cross bc the amount of antibodies in my system made it look like i had them when i donated blood This country needs a more stringent vaccine program
