Yeah, I'm going to a reservation site next week that I'm familiar with because of how far off the trail it is, about 1/10 a mile. I had people making fun of me for going camping and liking hiking over playing video games staying in for years and all of a sudden the same friends are asking advice on camping equipment and I'm kind of being a dick about it to them. Alabama has some amazing wilderness so I'm just going to make a run for the border and pray for cell coverage

e: those maps never treat me right when it's an "iffy" coverage area

also noticed this. and I've had a hard time accepting it? then realized that the people pivoting this way:
