Only if they have a state law that allows for it and not all of them do. So yes, someone showing up at an elector's house with a briefcase full of cash is an actual risk, but it'll rely on Biden being in the low 270s to be reasonably possible.
And Pennsylvania is one of the states where there are no such laws.

Edit: While I'm on the subject, in general, why are people so quick to dismiss clear advantages Biden has while ignoring every hurdle in Trump's way to pull a hail mary at this point? Because that is what it would take; Trump cannot afford to lose any more states at all at this point. And yet we're to panic thinking there's a huge batch of early voting urban dwellers in six states that all decided to vote Trump at the same time and the vote counters just haven't hit that group of near 100% red ballots yet? Really?

Did you miss 2016, last night and the entirety of the last 4 years? People have good reason to be concerned. This loving election shouldn't even be close.

Honestly the fact that the Senate looks to be held by the GOP means that the institutional republican party — including BK, ACB, and the other partisans on the Court — has a strong incentive to let Trump lose, let Biden win, and completely sabotage his entire first term before winning back the House in the 2022 midterms.

My guess is the "burn it all!" faction feels empowered by the election and become even more unruly. So even if McConnell tries to present a reasonable face and try to ratfuck in some "compromises" on things like budget bills, they're going to seize everything up anyway.

Here are the possible outcomes in order of likeliness.

A) Early voting is counted and it follows the expected trend. If so, Biden wins Pennsylvania.
B) Early voting is counted and it does not follow the extended trend, if so Trump probably wins.
C) Early voting is not counted, Trump wins, we enter the Cool Zone.
