The Immaculate Conception, though it had been discussed for literally centuries, was established as dogma in a letter published by Pius IX in 1854. Papal infallibility was one of the changes to dogma as a result of Vatican I, which began in 1869.

Probably best to wait for reviews from folks who didn't get an all-expenses paid experience. I'd imagine it'll be a bit of a different experience when it's filled Star Wars-obsessed tourists who spent their life savings on a cramped, lightly-themed room. That and, you know, dozens and dozens of children.
