Root vegetables are drat delicious, what the hell is wrong with you. Roasted carrots are amazing. Mashed swede with butter, cream and chives is the food of the gods. Even just dicing them up and making a stew is pretty great with decent seasoning.

I thought it was some sort of mango and pineapple jelly with maybe a rat jerky or something. Although rat jerky is a bit odd to put as filling in your pastry dessert thing.
