Where do these people find all these giant parkour/trampoline/ninja megafacilities? I've never seen one in my life and they're in like one in ten schad videos

I remember it because the owner was fighting with the state over mask requirements.

One time I was walking with my daughter after getting her cocoa at w trendy little cafe, and suddenly all these people started running past carrying bags of cement. I thought they were some sort of speedy masons, but then they looped back around and went into a building that was marked CrossFit. So they were paying a membership to run outside with cement

Velocity Raptor posted:I don't quite get it either, but I found this in the replies. I guess there's a perception that France tries to appeal to Russian interests? I think it's funny, but it's not schad. France isn't doing as much as they could because they need Russian oil. It's like when we invaded Iraq and they were opposed to it. They were absolutely right to oppose it but the real reason they cared was they were buying oil from Iraq. (I mean the government, not the French people, a poo poo ton of French people recognized it was a completely unjustified invasion from the start).

Parkour Schad is up there as one of the purest types of schad. There's no skateboard or bicycle or power tool to at least sort of explain how you ended up hurting yourself. Imagine you wake up tomorrow and you've completely forgotten that Parkour is a thing - an exercise form or whatever - that some French guys 'invented' and took the world by storm. You just forgot that it exists entirely. And then you watch a guy jump off the side of a building - apparently missing his intended landing? - and tumble into a dumpster.

Skwirl posted:Back in 2019 or early 2020 I went to a Bernie Sanders rally and was in line behind some college freshmen and one of them was binging Simpsons on Disneyplus and he was so hyped about it and said something like "And the best part is there's so much of it, I'm only on season 9 out of like 30." I was honestly tempted to warn him. No freude in someone first experiencing Golden Era Simpsons in cropped-to-force-letterbox form They did the same thing with Seinfeld. You wouldn't think it would be that big a deal, but it's surprisingly irritating to watch when everything is just a little too close and Kramer's head keeps bumping into the top of the frame.
