For the record Voidburger works at Giant Bomb now and Chip Cheezum works for Volition so they both got games industry jobs. There also was a breakoff of the original offsite which the initial question mentioned, by folks who didn't really want to be associated with her or the others who self-immolated super hard. To be fair Lowtax bringing his daughter on stream at all was kinda hosed up but boy some folks took it far harder than $10 worth of upset.

When the Dangan Ronpa guy was going to translate the sequel here too slowbeef and probably some other people I can't remember were gonna make fun of some Tumblr Dangan Ronpa thing in his thread, until half the lp forum revolted about it being too mean and that turned into a trainwreck. I honestly don't remember if that stopped the original guy from translating the game or if the company had announced they were translating the games themselves, but somehow this all led to a lot of posts about the lp artform being too important and the thread not respecting internet creators. Obviously years later, but a lot of the same people who made those posts made that offsite.

i loved that guys metal gear lets plays when i was in high school lol. it's sad to not see that style of lets play much anymore cus games like mgs really do benefit from showing off secrets, cut content, etc. but its totally understandable why most people wouldn't really be drawn to them as they could be pretty dry it is still very funny how stuck up people got about lets plays in that forum. The Let's Play Sandcastle.

It was zyla who said "believe women, believe me" when there was some rumor that her and tashi were sex pests. Tashi was booted out after it was confirmed. Not sure who else is running the show over at BnR but given that smarxist was chased off the forum he essentially built by CascadeBeta its probably relative anarchy.
