Your own space, walls high enough that your monitor wasn't on display for everyone to see, etc. But then that turned in to open areas that stripped you of even the tiniest bit of privacy and now it's just hot desking. I have an office right now but I'm assuming whenever my company consolidates office space I'll get tossed back in to a hot desk.
