Ok because you asked, for breakfast most days I eat: Microwave for 4 minutes, let cool for 5 minutes. 600 calories, 53% of your daily fiber Sometimes I add ground flax or a banana if I am extra hungry. Even if I eat nothing but cheese pizza for the rest of the day, I still have no problem pooping.
