One assessment I took asked how I would describe my crack cocaine use: Heavy, Heavy but Under Control, Light, or Do Not Use They proceeded to do the same with PCP, Meth, Marijuana, and Heroin, each time scrambling the order of the answers so you couldn't just click through without reading
