Trying for a frost shaman build with the new storm stack stuff. As speed goes it's been mediocre and reportedly it'll stay that way, but I'm a sucker for skills that let me passively shoot blasts at things so I'm still having fun. It of course helps that Gathering Storm is one of the better parts of Lift Your Skinny Fists Like Antennas To Heaven.

Got done with dinner, did 2 zones, back to not loading anymore, heh. They should've had some open beta tests or something to try to stress stuff more. Hopefully they have it ironed out by the weekend. I feel sorry for their devs!

Got in and it’s all working ok for me on a new character, fingers crossed. Also took a peek at my legacy Primalist and he still has Ice Thorns, a skill that no longer exists

I made the absolute chad play of taking tomorrow off, so I'll hopefully be able to take my level ~12 acolyte and get her all the way to monoliths as a warlock tomorrow without much fuss. It's always possible that I get screwed over too though, I guess we'll see tomorrow.

Uh, is a zone supposed to reset every time I go to town to unload items? It makes it pretty easy to farm bosses for loot if you're into that. Less cool is that the quest to escort Balthas out of the Vaults was mildly bugged, since he reset his position when I returned to the Vault, sans loot. God, I also had a look at the mastery trees and also the skills and I don't even know how I want to build out my Lich (except that she must be a Lich).

I vendored stuff at the first town just in case the vendor had movement speed boots but since then I've just been throwing everything I'm not using on the ground (uniques and idols notwithstanding). Most items vendor for less than the average pile of gold that drops

Rogue early game continues to suck rear end, but the bird is pretty great once you get it. We'll see how well it scales into the late game, but so far (level 35ish) it's zipping around and killing half the screen while I kill the other half.
