I don't understand why they thought it was a good idea to start with a 1998 Cougar and redo EVERYTHING and turn it into that abomination. It sounds like a lot of :10bux:

LT1, last year made and OBDII. And since it's a Caprice, it doesn't have the wood side paneling and weird side trim that the Buick Roadmasters got. It is the best couch on wheels. :allears:

I'd rather have the Mazda for cheap and fix the trans. Could be a linkage or something simple, or a trans swap at worst. With the drive layout I doubt the swap would be that hard even if that were the case.

A guy here bought one of those and did hardly anything to it and it destroyed people at rally-X. The suspension was totally hosed and you'd see the wheel shaking like crazy and it still was crazy fast, even though it was missing quite a few ponies that had left the barn.

Is it though? It's cheap and low miles and in good shape, but what's actually desirable about it? It looks like it has a tiny engine that makes no power. It's very 80's but in this case I don't know if that's a good thing.

Actually a pretty neat car. Weird hood and front bumper but the rest isn't as terrible as I'd expect.

Why does it need a fuel cooler? I couldn't figure out wtf it was in the pictures until I read the description.

Honestly can't remember if mine had it or not. It had all the other options (HIDs, 17" wheels, cold weather pack) though, but it was a 2006 where apparently the sunroof is a standalone option.
