The important metric is shower minutes per week. You can do 5 min showers each day or save it all for one big 35min shower at the end of the week, whatever fits your lifestyle best. (I guess the big shower approach is actually more efficient because you cut down on pre and post shower work like drying and undressing)

I think it's reasonable to get a booster right about now, when cases are going up, and many outdoor activities become impractical. So a booster every autumn, and perhaps a second one early January if you feel like it.

Yes, that's my thinking. Corona case numbers will rise every autumn/winter, so you should be able to protect yourself if you want to. Just like with the flu. Combining both vaccines would be really cool, though I don't know whether there are any complications if you take both at the same time.
