Look at the actor's faces. No one in that poster is happy to be there.

Even on a technical level Spawn is bad. They graphics far exceeded their reach and it was really bad story wise, acting wise (I think White was the only one not trying to ham it up to Tommy Lee Jones in Batman Forever levels). The soundtrack does own though. For some reason comic book movie soundtracks were generally solid in the 90's. Then came the first Spiderman movie with that godawful Saliva/Nickelback song and comic book movie soundtracks have sucked ever since.

No Shelter is amazing and I love how much that song rails against the movie it is on the soundtrack on.

I'm not sure what's more inhuman; the symbiotes, or Michelle Williams hair.

Speaking of hair I am sad that the toned down Woody's wig from the first movie. It still looks atrocious in the poster but the wig in the first movie was a thing of a beauty.

I read this article on longform a while back and explains how Bruce Willis (and others) are in so many stupid low budget never seen movies lately. Quite an interesting read

Floaty off the first album is about UFO's. That's about it.
They should do a cover of Pixie's "Motorway to Roswell". It would fit well

It gets silly but Forever isn't camp. It's actually very easy to read it as a continuation of Keaton's Batman and the themes Burton explored. Batman and Robin, on the other hand, I will not defend.

Forever had Carrey who was hamming it up to levels never thought possible and Tommy Lee Jones trying to outham him. It was the full blown campy stupidity that Batman and Robin was but it was definitely heading in that direction.

The producers knew exactly what they were getting when the got Carrey to be the Riddler. I'm pretty sure the only direction he was given was "just do all those funny things you did in Ace Ventura and the Mask and don't worry about anything else". He was hired to play a Jim Carrey character and that's it. Jones on the other had is inexcusable. It's okay when a serious actor decides to ham it up but it really came across as pity and pathetic as it looked like one actor was pissed off at another actor for outhamming him. Jones was playing less a character and more of a 4 year old trying to out tantrum their sibling.
