I'm not sure what this other Cedar Rapids movie Ed Helms apparently was in is about.

It looks like it might as well be named "National Lampoon Presents: American Pie's Cedar Rapids Starring the Guy From The Hangover."

All I remember is that the commercials quoted Omar from The Wire and explicitly explained it as such (by none other than Senator Clay Davis) and I wondered how much of the people who saw that would have understood the reference.

Every one of those quotes is indistinguishable from the real thing and this person spent more time and effort coming up with poop jokes than any floating head photoshop artist.

Why would Rian Johnson supply a quote for his own movie.

But that's not a poop joke! Have some maturity please.

I am irrationally fond of the classic sci-fi/horror poster cliche of the monster posing while cradling an unconscious woman. Even - or especially - when nothing like that ever happens in the movie.

That monster design has to be the laziest or most confusing monster design ever. "We'll put him in a gorilla suit but we can't use the head of the gorilla so we'll replace it with a skull, but a human skull on a gorilla body will look weird so let's put it in a space helmet with antennas!" It also has strangely delicate hands.

Every one of these is gorgeous and befitting the tone of the movies they display. These aren't advertisements, they're works of art. Legibility and accessibility are not a factor; the only consideration is aesthetic beauty, which each of these has in high numbers.

But they're still supposed to be movie posters representing movies. Maybe the TWBB one is the least like a traditional poster, but why have the title take up so much space if it's completely illegible?

And because I'm that kind of person, I have to point out that the word "the" on the banner on the bottom is on the opposite side of the other words.
