It's just really cool art. I think it would be better if her figure weren't so exaggerated and porno-perfect. It would certainly make it a little harder to be convinced that he's using them purely for jerk-off fodder.

The guy who painted that may have been thinking of this east coast knockoff chain: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kennedy_Fried_Chicken There are also a couple JFK Fried Chickens, which as far as I know are knockoffs of the knockoff – along with Lincoln Fried Chicken and (until recently) Obama Fried Chicken.
