I'm a bit confused on sidestep shooting. As far as I know you press the opposite movement key to quickly get your accuracy up. Do you do that by holding the opposite key with the current key to stop or do you just take your finger off your movement key and quickly tap the opposite key?

I just read about how you should use your mouse's native DPI, so I dropped it to 800, and set my in-game sens to 1.5. That's 13.6 inches, shouldn't be too bad, yeah?

I wouldn't mind if they'd refine the horrible grenade throw animation and the linear altfire strengh adjustment animation. Oh, and the horrendous tec-9 animation too. It's a shame to see them neglect animation quality like they did with TF2.

Anyone else getting weird random fps drops since this update? My FPS used to be a rock solid >120, now it drops to 45 randomly on some maps then kicks back to something like 70-80.

Wait so do you rank/derank based on solely your wins/loses or is it also dependant on how well you do in matches? Some people say it's only on wins/loses and some people don't so I'm confused here.

I really like the new changes but I don't like the direction this is going with. I don't want them making totally new weapons as replacements for stock ones the whole time. Also, I think the new aug scopes look pretty neat.

Do pistols not get an accuracy penalty for moving like shotguns? I feel like I'm still pretty accurate while moving but being more accurate is always fun.

Anyone else been getting a really awful ping on all servers as of late? I mean I know my internet is poo poo and it randomly spikes but on a server where I get a ping of 130 it stays 130 until I join a team where it jumps to 180-200, and when I check the server info from the steam servers list it's 130. This really fucks up playing the game because it causes rubberbanding.
