In Mortal Kombat: Annihilation (1997) approximately 3 and a half minutes in when Sindel tells Kitana that she (Kitana) will die and that it’s too bad, on the last two words one of her teeth is CGI blurred out for some reason and I get annoyed every time I watch Mortal Kombat: (Annihilation) which is about once a month or so.
