When we say goons are generally undergeared, do we mean they have green/blue GHA and hasla, or worse than that? Because I only have Green/blue GHA (5 loving wasted armor scrolls on chest), and perform acceptably in pvp when not facing down people who RMT'd or had their guilds funnel gold straight to them. If goons in general don't even have that, well you're going to need some insane luck in Auroria.

East was outnumbered so goddamn bad that we needed cohesion to get anything. e: plus side the largest fishing guild on the server is now completely KOS to us so free fish I guess.

Piracy is so loving profitable than fishing without your own boat if you do it right, I don't even know why you'd even bother unless you really suck at pvp. I was in a piracy group tonight that was being fed coordinates from a disgruntled member of the target guild, and we ended getting 3-4 fish each for less than 45 min of work. Way more fun too.

Are there any numbers for how good/bad retention has been in the wake of WOD's release and the Auroria clusterfuck? I was considering coming back to AA for a bit if XL/Trion managed to unfuck their situation, but WoD managed to suck me in enough to resub. poo poo, with the exception of open world pvp naval and otherwise, WoD is doing the things that I liked about Archeage better than Archeage ever did. Also my server apparently turned into two loving giant power blocs and anyone who is Non-pirate east is regularly poo poo on due to the creditcard warriors all being pirate while the West still has the vast majority of players.
