Nintendo confirmed that the N3DS shortages in the United States are due to the West Coast port strikes (which are also affecting shipments of amiibo). Software is unaffected as it can be flown to the US more easily than hardware.

Mario Kart 7 is a fairly solid handheld Mario Kart that is eclipsed by 8 in every way (but is still pretty good). It doesn't have Waluigi in it though for some reason Mario Party: Island Tour has weird boards but pretty decent minigames

You should rotate you party out regularly anyway because it's fun. Try out lots of different combinations and find some you like best!

The Dolphin HD upgrade chugs like crazy at certain points if your computer isn't amazing and apparently has audio desync problems so idk why everyone brings it up Does everyone just have a much better computer than anything I've used?
