From my experience, it explodes if anyone looks at it, and is constantly on fire. But making GBS threads out a wall of torps is always fun.

Shooting down other planes is often pretty important - carriers have limited supply and once they're gone, that's all, which is why your chosen plane load out and tactics are a lot more important than just loading torp bombers, putting them in the air and firing and forgetting at a random ship over there.

I wish I had recorded it, but I was in the cleveland, up close to both enemy carriers while dueling a battleship. There were so many tracers going off, the game dropped a good 15 FPS. Pubbie carriers managed to TK their BB while trying to drop torps on me, mopped up the carriers, and shot down 45 planes.

I think the AA stats are bugged or something. During Alpha, my Mogami seemed to shoot down planes just as good as Clevelands, and Fuso's seem to shoot down way more planes than they should.

I like tanks. Do you like tanks? Tanks are cool. You know what's great? Shooting tanks. Sometimes we call them tonks because that's code for tanks. As in we will say: stronk tonk. What's great about tanks is that you can literally talk about them anywhere, and it won't disrupt the flow of conversation in any sense whatsoever.

So do you like tonks? I can't wait to get home to play tonks with some other special people in my life on the internet.

Some tanks are even amphibious!

Probably will have to wait for at least the remaining BBs and CVs to be put in, I believe that's when it will go at least open beta - followed by the Russian tree, then the German tree and finally the British tree.

A lot of the missing ships are supposedly done (and have been in previous testing?) but they are still working on them, so maybe not as long as we'd think.

I want to chill out too on the game, but will probably get hosed on some beta reward because you need to play a fantizillion of games to get that sweet sweet beta tester Motor Launch or whatever. Or they do a mid beta wipe and it doesn't count any of the previously played games, so

Wait, they changed up the order again? I thought Brits were coming after Russians.

They were already barely being played. They're going to be practically extinct for a while.

After about 30 battles, I'm sitting at 22,400 average damage and 922 average xp per game, with a 25% win rate. I'm not sure if I'm just very unlucky or if I've caught some kind of pubbie cancer that is making me bad at botes.

Ah okay, that makes more sense (besides "first to 30" being a weirdly arbitrary metric).

I'm averaging 1778XP, a 69% Winrate and 59k damage in my Minekaze. I'm not sure how often the profile webpage updates though, because it says I've only played 16 games in it, and I've definitely played more than that.

Had an amazing game in my Phoenix. There was a pubby squad of a St Louis, a Phoenix, and an Erie who were constantly talking poo poo when the match started. Turns out they went to the same side as me. Their Phoenix immediately turns broadside to me, and after 4 citadels, he's done. The St Louis decides to stop 2.5km from me, and eats a load of torps. The Erie fails to do anything, and promptly gets sunk. I taunted them after, but I guess they just went to port. Was hoping I'd at least get an angry whisper.
