On the whole, it is probably a good thing that RA wants humans not to make more MONIST entities or pursue immortality. Harrison II didn't need to live forever and nobody else needed him to either, and the only other known MONIST is in charge of a culture of ultra reactionary human crusaders.

Jagganoth's power is that he is already dead. His death lives not just inside of him, but all around him. For him, killing is easier than breathing, easier than sweating. The angel nails are extra, he has been dead for a very long time. The maybe sword is useless against someone who can assert they are alive.
