Along with Sociopath for the melee health regen, of course. Is a Kilmer, Run and Shoot, and aced Run and Gun still viable? Loved it since last I played it online.

There's also no alerting nearby people when you kill someone with either melee or silenced weapons. Needing skill points for that was dumb, glad it's gone.
