Kdk 3 is the only assault i like. The 4 lbx10 just takes me back to the atlas S playstyle, except you do 70kph instead of 60. Performs reliably on every map save alpine and maybe polar.

I pick HPG, mining and canyon every time because i don't spend 1/3 of the match walking just to see an enemy. (provided I'm running heavy/assault) Which means we are earning cbills too quickly! Time to turn them into giant snipefests or lrm friendly plains. Making city brawl maps is lostech Just cracks me up. oh my they keep picking these maps? MW5 is in a playable alpha state right now. Its pretty bare bones, but they do have working netcode and a couple of maps you can do 12 vs 12 on

Is it better to run the griff 2n with srm 4? I go all in on SRM 6's with 2 jj's, 1 heatsink, and armored arms in pub queue, just felt way underpowered with the 4's. Not sure if that translates to scouting

Welp gave the game another shot last night and actually had fun. KDK3 with 4 lbx10 still works in spite of the kodiak feeling like a giant sluggish turd. Thx for the wins guys

I've seen a bunch of iterations of it and eventually the data becomes obsolete and the OP loses interest. New mechs in, old mechs dequirked, etc etc. Maybe just a quick blurb about each mech, suggested variants. Blurbs about each the weapons. General info on roles, and build themes (dual gauss, laser vomit, SRM boats, jumpsnipers, bombers, lights, dakka builds, etc) Maybe general weapon advice as well. And general skill tree advice. And just general advice about deadsiding, or high-mounts for hill humping, poo poo like that. In the end just stress hopping on discord and asking for our middling advice
