yo this is a fun LP to read, well organized and such. is there a good summary of some of the game mechanics in play? not so much how combat and stuff works, but just the weird simulationist stuff that gets mentioned like the huge torpedo dud rate or the "california death stacks" or other scripting behaviors like how the USSR/China behave and how the game reacts to absurdities like "oh Japan conquered India what the gently caress" or what have you.

the systems meant to prevent the galvanic corrosion having been left out, as a cost saving measure. i never really paid attention to what the hell the Italians were doing in ww2, but considering how suicidal and stupid Barbarossa and Japan's idea to fight the USA were, i'm going to guess that Italy in North Africa was either the dumbest loving thing possible, or in an upset, actually the most reasonable Axis plan out of three very stupid ones.
