I think they're a lot better, even moreso in the case of the Elite controller. The biggest improvement is the D-pad but I also much prefer the triggers and bumpers on the new controller.

If you need to do wireless though, you'll need to buy a separate dongle that only works on Windows 10

Force is a little different in that it's 2v2 like the Gundam games but a lot slower than any of the previous Virtual On games.
