By the way, it's still totally possible that Cruz wins the nomination, it's just less likely than Rubio winning, for the reason revealed in the Salmon endorsement.

But Cruz has a ton of cash and the ability to make Super Tuesday bloody. If they tie coming out of that, March is going to be brutal.
