Catching up on the war got me interested enough to seriously debate re-subbing after almost 9 years of not playing. Hell, I haven't even posted here in around 6 years. I quit EVE b/c of poo poo happening with my job right when we were moving into Delve. Worked 3rd shift and used to fly with ANZAC. Gave my account to someone in the squad and it looks like my best character was either transferred/sold or whoever had it went gently caress goons as it's in PL now. Email on the account's been changed so I can't recover it, and my guess is going through CCP support would just get it banned. If I wanted to pick up EVE again and not spend a year waiting for skills to train, what options are there? Looks like "buy PLEX, sell for isk, buy character"?

You are probably fine, and at the very worst you would just have to leave your corp and be put back into one of the noob corps. Sometimes players in EVE troll corps that mostly hang around in highsec by declaring war against them and shooting them/camping them into stations for a few days.

Anyone have experience w/ how long it takes CCP to respond to account recovery requests? Provided requested information 3 or 4 days ago, was told the ticket was being transferred to the "special team"  and haven't heard anything since. Sent another email today requesting an update, no response.
