Planned to go to the gym super early to beat the new years crowd. Had everything planned the night before, manage to wake up on time, get the bus to the gym right on time. Getting pumped for an awesome workout. Get to the changing room and realised I've left all my gym clothes at home. Contemplated squatting in boxers, instead gave up and went to work real early. Maybe tomorrow?

Every time I unrack the bar, I'm terrified that there's gonna be too much weight on one side and the bar will flip, this has never ever happened because I'm a weakling. But, does anyone know roughly how much weight would have to be on one side of a 20kg bar for it to flip?
