This game was kinda a combination of freshmen doing dumb stuff and Graham doing dumb stuff. KU's still in it, but I think Indiana has the win, but it's a respectable loss, if it happens.

We're so toast in the tournament, though. Last year's team seemed to be one of Self's first at performing well on perimeter defense, but we've returned to the mean.

This is proof positive of what I've always said that no matter how bad the reffing, you can win through execution, which I'm sure is obvious, but whatever. I hate this reffing. It's like calling holding every drat down in football. This sport is supposed to flow. That's the entire point of these new rules, is to allow flow.

I'm not sure what's happened to Indiana since but they were red-hot that night, which is why this Kansas team won't make the Sweet Sixteen even though it has the talent to - too many midmajors get in through the power of perimeter shooting. But I'd put Kansas up against a lot of the major conference team any day of the week, even with the shallow big rotation. Kentucky gonna slaughter them, though.
