yeah? The actual data is just the percentage of the population that falls into each bucket (the size of the color bands) but because they're stacked in order they do effectively work like that as percentiles

However since dinosauria is specifically defined as a clade of animals in a way that the term "fish" doesn't claim to be currently, arguably it's not reasonable to say that "whales are fish" in the same way that "birds are dinosaurs" unless you want to actually make an argument for defining "fish" in a taxonomically valid way (but maybe you should, I don't know)
