Who is this?quote:Recently a top prospect — I won’t say who — was dinged by his college teammates. They hated him to the degree that they refused to attend any of his private workouts. That’s a huge red flag. An unfortunate NFL team ignored it and drafted him on Day 1. What happened? His new teammates ended up feeling just like his old ones. That’s a surprise? You don’t just suddenly flip from being a bad teammate to a good one. I want to say Hackenberg but he was Round 2.

Tomlinson was great at catching out of the backfield and picking up blocks in pass protection. He's just overall a better player all-around even if he might not be as powerful a runner as AP.

I was reading up on running backs because of all the Bettis/LdT/Gore talk and Clinton Portis is someone that's really frequently forgotten by NFL history He missed the 10k club by 80 yards and had an incredible first two seasons in the NFL (attributable to the excellent blocking of the early 00s Denver OL) and a really drat good 3rd and 4th season (despite his YPC dropping off by nearly 20%) If he hadn't gotten injured in 2006 he'd be regarded as a top-20 RB of all-time

I still think the 07 Packers had a really good shot of defeating the Patriots if Favre hadn't thrown that overtime pick Man the Packers loooove losing in the last moments of playoff matches don't they

These things were loving awful and I'm glad the Packers never bothered with that crap. Looking at the uniforms I don't like that the blue is lighter than it was before, and the steel grey is not really great. Will withhold judgement until I see them in action.

seems weird that the Packers/Patriots/Cowboys only get one MNF game each, but these teams get two: Vikings Peyton-less Broncos Lions Redskins Chiefs Eagles Dolphins Falcons (This one is understandable) I guess the Pack/Pats/Boys get more SNF games probably? Remember when MNF was the marquee game?
