I got to attend the Oilers game tonight, and man, that place was just crazy. I've never had the chance to experience something like that before, and man oh man, it was so much fun to be a part of it. I'm so happy to have been a part of the crowd tonight. As for the game itself, it was not as great. It had a good first period, but after that, things went bad. It sucks the Oilers only decided to show up for 20 minutes tonight. If they had showed up for the full 60 they would've won. Hopefully they can bounce back on Friday.

Flames are one game away from being eliminated despite the refs best efforts to give them tonight's game. Also the fact the Flames fans are whining about the refs when the only reason the Ducks didn't beat the Flames in regulation was because of the refs is amazing. Late edit: Also the Ducks 3rd goal was fine. Thompson's stick looked to be at the crossbar level for me, which by the rulebook itself means it's good. Honestly, I'm just done after tonight's game. I felt positive going into the game, but I stopped watching after it was 4-0, and seeing it end up 7-0 just makes things worse. All those positive feelings are gone. That was the worst game the Oilers played all season, and it's beyond frustrating when the Oilers had been the better team in the series, could've been up 3-0 if they didn't fall asleep in Game 1, and instead now they're tied 2-2. But there's no chance in hell they're winning another game in this series. They're done. Stick the  in them, they aren't coming back.At least we made the playoffs, at least we won 2 games, and at least the Flames still suck more than we do. Now hopefully Chiarelli does some work in the off-season to make us better, because this team isn't going far the way they are right now. Congrats on your series win, Sharks fans.

I had already made my peace with the Oilers losing the next two games after Game 4, so holy poo poo I can't believe it right now. I can't believe that they came back to tie the game, then just flat out dominated the Sharks in OT and got the win I still fully expect the Sharks to take Game 6, and then who the gently caress knows what will happen in Game 7. But even if we lose the next 2 games, the fact we came back and pushed it to 7 after that horrible Game 4 is still really great. e: vvv I use we and they interchangeably when referring to the Oilers, so what.
