uhhh why is the team that is unable to bring in their payload before the other not punished? why does a second spawn at the same time? why have buildings at all if it's just a constant team fight? this map is sooooo badly designed

the more i play hanamura the more it surprises me how a map like this was produced so late in the games life cycle. the wide open lanes and fighting areas reduce the effectiveness of so many heroes by a precipitous amount. it feels like not much testing went in to it

i really dislike their crusade against sustain (self and otherwise) on healers. made uther a lot less fun to play. and now malf too.

removing bolt is good though, flash has always been one of the parts i disliked about LOL

i think medic is actually worse now. her mana management wasnt bad before, and i keep finding myself running out of energy in teamfights whereas before it would last. no additional regen unless healing also forces you to waste energy on full hp allies. the problem with her having 0 escapes was only intensified by removing cleanse.

I pretty much agree with SKULL.GIF in their assessment. Mechanically and conceptually I love the rework, but her numbers feel undertuned somewhat significantly.


While I agree that she's a bit of a sitting duck right now if someone dives her, what did Cleanse change? You haven't been able to self-cast Cleanse for probably a year or more.

voice chat has really made hots streams a lot worse to watch, it's pretty obnoxious. i personally wouldnt use it in ranked until i got to a highish number again

i'm not sure what sylvanas' use is in this game any more, she cant out damage tanks, she cant out damage dps, she pushes which just gets you killed (on any character). she really needs a rework imho

there needs to be a "whisper team" feature for qm so that i dont have to individually message every person in a 5 man group (making fun of them) when they lose to my pathetic solo abathur in qm

edit: there was counterplay but they removed the repair drone from a bunch of heroes #1. #2 the game shouldnt go on that long at level 20 so just win faster?

hm cant say i approve of the ability of this hero to appear out of nowhere from fog of war and then teleport back into a location i cant even see

they havent removed any of the fundamentally wrong things about his design (his number of escapes, iframes, and reset) which is why he's still so powerful

the balance in this game is kind of unreal sometimes. when i'm constantly going oom in fights (especially if it's two fights back to back) and getting outhealed by 20k by whitemane, whose mana never dips below like 75%. uther's mana costs need to be like, a third of what they are to come close because so much of his game time is spent going back to base to recover mana

hahaha they changed it so tyrande is coded as a sole healer instead of a second support so now teams are getting hosed in qm by having whitemane vs tyrande

i think part of what killed the game was the talent system from the get-go. i can queue for qm right now, which has mmr, and people will still be picking bad/wrong talents. you'd argue that my mmr is low, but i could do the same in league of legends and people would still be buying the right item builds for their hero at least. it's hard to gently caress up an ad carry's item path. so the community sharing builds never really materialized (partly due to lower popularity since the game came out so late to the genre) which in turn could not bring in a larger player base.

the queue times in qm have tripled, i'm surprised the announcement of the end of game development killed the game this dramatically. i was in queue for 900s last night late which was probably an anomaly
