Eye of Another World is amazing (improves grenade, Rift and melee ability cooldowns), and it looks like a space-rococo Daft Punk helmet. Never taking it off. Is it me or is Devour completely, utterly broken? Once you pop it, you either drain grenade energy and immediately restore your health, or melee an enemy and immediately restore your health. From there on out it's a 9-second persistent timer during which anything else you kill in any fashion restores your health. Oh, and the timer resets on kill. In a PvE situation it's hard NOT to kill something on the order of once every nine seconds once major engagements start.

Definitely the best-looking gun so far is Fighting Lion. Not the best in-combat (despite the name and lore snippet, it hits like a goddamn wet rag) but holy crap it's gorgeous.

Beat the Nightfall, got Wings of Sacred Dawn from a drop in said nightfall in addition to a heckin bunch of other good stuff including TWO Wicked Sisters from Zavala afterward from all the coins. I am a happy camper. Thanks goonfriends for being the best people to run really fast up an elevator with.

Jesus Christ, I got a second Wings of Sacred Dawn drop in two days. This one was 280 power. Fuuuuuuuuuuck I look good. Also, I have Nameless Midnight and it's outstanding. I just got a more powerful Frontier Justice - if you were me, infuse the latter to make NM better, or keep the Frontier and scrap the Midnight?

Another big long crack at the raid boss today. gently caress psions, and gently caress their instant purple launch attack. Forever. Even with an established left-centre-right kill on sight proposition, members of our group were getting flung all over the place, ending otherwise perfect runs with great work from the throne room team. Prestige raid thoughts: We know from some leaked screens that the Prestige armours are likenesses of Calus' three Shadows who he sent to kill Ghaul, but failed - one for each character class. If they're adding additional boss content, would it make sense for the Shadows make an appearance?
