I'm having a look at profightdb's list of Meltz stars

In his first couple of years after making the main roster, he's consistently hanging around the 3.5~4.5 stars area.

They start listing his matches from 2003 onwards (it looks like his OVW work hasn't been rated and I'm not sure how widely available it is, and I can't recall if he had any matches in 2002 prior to busting up his shoulder).

So here are the 3.5 or higher matches, according to Meltz's ratings (Note: I've ignored Royal Rumbles MITB and Elimination Chamber matches)

2003
Randy Orton v. Shawn Michaels (Unforgiven) - 3.5
Team Bischoff v. Team Austin (Survivor Series) - 4.25 - I know this is a multi-man, but as I recall, Orton was a major part of this match.

Beats the piss out of the team of Bossman, Albert, Mideon and Viscera, barely breaking a sweat and eliminating 3 of them within a minute, causing Bossman to run away.

Gets added to the title match, and despite Rock and HHH double teaming him constantly and interference from DX, he wins the title, ending the night as champion.

Putting aside current (fairly unique!) COVID-19 issues, New Japan is a great example of a promotion that builds stars but is also able to replace or lose them and keep on going well because they have a great baseline of quality and an investment in continually building other stars who can slot in.

They lost Prince Devitt, AJ Styles, Karl Anderson, Kenny Omega (considered one of the greatest wrestlers of all time), Shinsuke Nakamura (at the time considered basically one of the greatest and most charismatic wrestlers in the world) etc and the promotion just keeps on producing more and more stars, even with Tanahashi and Okada taking less prominent roles, Ibushi only being a comparatively recent full-time signing, etc. They have people in place who can step in or step up, the likes of Ospreay, Switchblade, Takagi, Taichi, ZSJ etc and the matches keep being great, plus they have probably the best/highest potential rookies in the world.

Even they'd admit that they strike out at times (EVIL, anyone?), but at least they give it an honest try.

As someone who lives in Asia I can tell you that if you buy a wiener on a stick in a night market they'll most certainly squirt it with ketchup, same with corn dogs. Yellow mustard is an option but a slightly rarer one. Relish is not very popular here because pickles aren't popular, probably due to the price but also dill isn't really a thing here so you don't have people making their own. Kimchi and Sriracha are not common but I have seen it before. If the place is very westernized then there might be a "Mexican" dog on the menu which includes pico de gallo. Similarly there are "Japanese" dogs that have teriyaki sauce or "Texas" dogs that have BBQ sauce. Chili dogs are also fairly common at such places, though not popular. Curry dogs exist as well but these are usually situations where the sausage is a homemade one that had curry powered added during the mixing and not curry poured on top.

You can get a hot dog from 711, and they will offer packets with mustard, ketchup, relish, along with packets containing a kind of sweet chili sauce, a thick soy sauce. The bun is sold separately from the sausage so it's a bit more common to see kids/teens eat just the sausage as a cheap afternoon snack.

The strangest hot dog topping I have seen, was topped with macaroni and cheese.

Some places offer "falafel dogs" as a vegetarian option.

The best hot dogs locally are from a Danish place. The toppings of the best option include strips of red and yellow bell peppers, jalapenos, dill pickes, a three cheese blend shredded and melted on top, fried onions and a healthy spread of beer mustard. The sausage is a real thick one, probably around an inch and a half in diameter. It's like a $6USD hot dog but it's drat good.

Should also mention that Costco here is same as back in the states in terms of hot dogs.

Basically, Americans are to junkfood what the English are to sports - they're good at coming up with good ones, but someone else will always do it better.
