In some cases that distance may be half way around the world. Maybe I'm just getting too old and square, but I wouldn't be against fewer depictions of brutality in media. That actually inciting violence is of course very dumb. If I remember right, a bad or frustrating game is much more likely to do that, because a bad or frustrating anything can do that.

Xenoblade 2 dub is cool (Rex's VA's weak lungs aside), gently caress the haters. I wish more games would play with regional accents in dubs. I wouldn't really say it has a lot of half-baked stuff mechanically, but it does have a lot of annoyances like terrible menus and UI. The issues with gacha blades would also have been pretty easy to mostly solve, which they seem to be doing OK on in updates.
