The CCTV from miles around would show him no where near the train to set it.

Hard same, there was just this vibe in the theater seeing that opening night. There were actual gasps during Trinity's rotating-shot jump kick. After Neo said "I know kung-fu" there was some guy who just stage whispered "gently caress yeah". There was no hootin' and hollerin' , just a room full of people who couldn't take their eyes from the screen. There was a feeling of wonder hanging over the entire theater. Best experience I've had in a theater.

I was one of the first people to see it in the UK, my friend won two tickets to a premiere, and as it was my birthday too he invited me.
We were so hyped afterward we walked the 3 or so miles home talking about it instead of taking a taxi.
And my friend was the only one who shouted 'gently caress yeah' when Trinity did her 'dodge this'.

The idea there, I guess, would be that pulling Chris Pratt out of the past wouldn't change anything. Meaning past Chris Pratt could meet current Chris Pratt, because, as far as the regular time line is concerned, he was never removed from it. It's kind of what Avengers did (except where they broke their own rules), where "changing your past doesn't change your future".

Time travel makes no sense, so each movie makes its own rules. But that version is my least favorite way of doing it, because it removes most stakes from the whole "time travel" aspect of it.

The one saying 'living on borrowed time' is his daughter, calling it now. Him going to the future made her want to prepare for it Sarah Connor style.

The twist at the end better be that he ends up stepping into the past portal to recruit the next group of past meat fodder.

And why are all conquering aliens just mini Cloverfield things that don't use tech.

At first I wondered why you singled him out from the rest of the X-Movies but I guess Deadpool is different for being a character getting a movie set in an existing franchise without being in it before? (I mean, if we consider him wholly different than the Deadpool in Wolverine Origins).

By that metric I guess Tokyo Drift would count as well, though that's 2006.

You are correct, that what I'm asking.
As we see him in the James McAvoy's Prof X universe, but also in Patrick Stewart's Prof X universe at Logan's grave.

I would like to see an alien invasion movie that has actual aliens that aren't various scaled cloverfield monsters, or give magical whimsical CGI effects prior to their invasion or attack.
Aliens that need space/armor suits to protect themselves from our environment, have army/squad formations with guns and such instead of hiding out in ruins and just melee jump attacks and teeth like that poo poo Chris Pratt recent one.

I'm very curious about Sandman, but having never read the comic, every time I hear people talk about it, I just don't understand what they're saying. They're using words I know, but not in a way that makes sense to me. "100 years of no Dream." Um, okay?

The trailer backs this up. Still though, very curious.

I'll spoiler this but if you really want to know.
This is the start of the Sandman story, the set up, so its not story wrecking spoiler.

Basically the ritual you see was to trap one of the Five, those who run the universe, and it got Dream. But he doesn't help those how trapped them, he just sits there waiting, not saying anything. They keep him for nearly 100 years, until he gets free, won't spoil that. But since he was gone from the Dreaming, mankind was not getting the dreams for all that time that they should have.
